How does the process work?You may schedule a discovery call or design consultation depending on your readiness to book your project. Both can be done from our home page. Simply choose a day and time that works for you! On the day of your consultation, we will review your space and begin developing a personalized plan for whatever service you are interested in. We will let you know if you need to book a half-day, full-day, or multiple days (depending on the scope of your project), and your $95 organization consult will be applied toward your project if you decide you would like to move forward with our proposal. On the day of your project, Mindy will support you as we work together to thoughtfully edit and essentialize the items in your space. It is up to you to be present for this process, but for most spaces, it is helpful for you to be available to answer questions as they arise. If we have previously discussed setting up a system for your organization, we will bring products that complement your current aesthetic and align with your budget. Mindy will discuss product sourcing during your consultation and make product recommendations once your project has been booked.

How many organizers should I expect?One or two organizers are available to come to each home. We recommend one organizer for individuals wanting to work at their own pace with the decluttering and organizing process. For those hoping to wrap things up quicker, we recommend two.

How do you respect my privacy?Confidentiality is critical to our team. We are nonjudgmental, discreet, and respectful of your privacy. It is entirely normal to feel embarrassed about your disorganization. Our mission is to walk the path humbly with you on your journey towards organization so that you feel empowered, not shamed. We’re here to make your life easier!

Do you also handle donation and garbage/recycling removal?Drop-off of donations is an available service when you book a package; however, we cannot take large furniture or heavy items. Please note that we do not take garbage and recycling, but we can recommend businesses specializing in taking it away for you. We also have a recommendation for individuals who have items they would like to sell at a value of $40 or higher.

How long does organizing usually take?During your design consult, we will let you know how long we expect your project to take. It will greatly depend on the number of items we are helping you declutter and whether or not we are setting up an organizational system with products. We offer 1:1 support at $65/hour or $95 for two organizers. We book our projects from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional availability on Saturdays.
