    A: During a design consult with Boulder Organized, Mindy will review your space and begin developing a personalized plan tailored to the service you are interested in. This consult is essential for understanding the specific needs and goals of your project. Whether you require a half-day, full-day, or multiple-day session, Mindy will inform you based on the scope and complexity of the work required. The cost of the $95 organization consult will be applied toward your project if you decide to move forward with our services. The design consult ensures that you get a comprehensive and customized organizational solution designed to help you get organized and live better.
  • Q: What can I expect during a project with Boulder Organized?
    A: Once your project has been booked with Boulder Organized, Mindy will make product recommendations tailored to your space, considering factors such as functionality, budget, and aesthetics. On the day of your project, Mindy will be there to support you as you work together to thoughtfully edit and essentialize the items in your space. This hands-on approach ensures that the organizational solutions are not only practical but also aligned with your personal preferences and lifestyle. Mindy’s goal is to help you get organized and live better by creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Q: How does the process work and what are the rates for home organization services?
    A: The process starts with a personalized Design Consult, where Mindy, our expert organizer, will evaluate your space and discuss your specific needs. Based on this consultation, Mindy will recommend whether you could benefit from having one or two organizers working on your project. Mindy’s rate is $85 per hour. Depending on the scope of your project, Mindy may recommend an additional organizer to speed up the process or tackle larger projects for an additional $40 per hour. This flexible approach ensures you get the most effective and personalized service possible!
  • Q: How do you determine the time and cost required for my organizing project?
    A: During your design consult, we will provide you with an estimate of how long we expect your project to take. This estimate will greatly depend on the number of items we are helping you declutter and whether or not we are setting up an organizational system with products. We offer personalized 1:1 support at a rate of $85 per hour with Mindy, or if you prefer more hands-on assistance, you can opt for two organizers at a combined rate of $125 per hour. Our goal is to help you get organized and live better by offering tailored solutions that fit your unique needs.

After each day of your professional organization session, donations can be dropped off for you, although we are unable to move large furniture or heavy items. Additionally, any garbage and recycling items will be collected and placed in your designated receptacles at the end of the day. Our goal is to help you get organized and live better by ensuring that unwanted items are managed efficiently, so you can enjoy a clutter-free space.
  • Q: What is Boulder Organized All Access?
    A: Boulder Organized All Access is Your Year-Round Support System Exclusively for Whole Home Reset Clients It includes: Monthly "Get It Done Day" Perfect for tackling your to-do list — from donations and returns to errands, appointments, party planning, and decorating — we’ve got you covered! Quarterly Home Refresh Our quarterly refresh sessions keep your spaces tidy, clutter-free, and running smoothly. We’ll fine-tune systems, add helpful products or labels, and ensure everything stays organized year-round. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a link to our calendar so you can schedule your sessions at your convenience.
